Appointments
We work by appointment only and recommend you schedule yours as early as possible to guarantee the best time for you. When booking an appointment, we require a 50% deposit on a credit card or gift certificate to reserve your time.
Please note that your appointment time is the time in which your service begins. We
request you arrive 15 - 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment in order to
check in, have a glass of tea or wine and prepapre for your service. We pride ourselves in giving all our clients the one-on-one attentive service they deserve. If circumstances cause you to arrive past your appointment time, you will be charged in full. We will do our best to accdomodate your entire service but unfortunately your service may need to be shortened or cancelled to accomodate clients who arrived on time. Refunds are available only in the form of a spa credit.
General Information: We are unable to provide childcare for children under the
age of 12. We recommend you have childcare available off site so you can fully enjoy your time at the spa.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 - 48 hour cancellation notice on individual and 72 hours notice for packages/couples appointments, and appointments for multiple services. Cancellations of less than the above stated times will be charged a 100% fee and Gift certificates will be reduced to 0 (zero) face value. No shows will be charged 100% fee. Please understand that your appointment time with one of our professionals is reserved for you and only you. We value and respect your time, please do the same for us and give us sufficient notice to fill your time slot if you need to re-schedule.
